General Refund Policy

Initial Consultation and Assessment: We offer an initial consultation and assessment free of charge to understand your requirements and propose a suitable plan. No refunds are applicable at this stage since no payment is required.

Service Agreements: For services that require a service agreement or contract, the specific terms and conditions outlined in the agreement will take precedence over this general Refund Policy. Please refer to your service agreement for detailed information on refunds and cancellations.

Deposits and Advance Payments

A non-refundable deposit or advance payment is required to begin most projects. This deposit covers initial planning, consultation, and preparatory work. As such, this payment is non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Any non-refundable deposit or advance payment will be deducted from the refund amount. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us in writing at support@alspenllc.com.

Project Completion and Satisfaction: We strive to ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications and your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary revisions. If, after revisions, you are still unsatisfied, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the nature of the project and the amount of work completed.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services and expenses are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Third-party services or products purchased on your behalf (e.g., domain names, hosting fees, stock images)
  • Completed and delivered work that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Rush fees or expedited services

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review and Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. We may request additional information or clarification to process your request.
  3. Refund Determination: If your refund request is approved, we will determine the refund amount based on the criteria outlined in this policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: Refunds may not be issued for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or technical failures.
